Women bowlers make 11th national tournament apperance

The Newman University Women’s Bowling Team ended the season with its 11th trip to nationals in 13 seasons. The squad entered the Intercollegiate Team Championships as the eighth seed.

Two players also qualified for nationals individually. Sophomores Miranda Henjy and Haley Williams both competed in single-bowler competition, with Henjy seeded 12th and Williams eighth after qualifying rounds. Both were eliminated in early match play.
