Newman online nursing program ranked #10 nationwide

The Newman University online nursing program has received many accolades from students, health care professionals and nursing education organizations. The online program recently added another honor to the list, when Affordable Colleges Online ranked the program 10th in the nation.

“We made sure to highlight schools across the nation that are leading in academic excellence for online nursing,” said Dan Schuessler, CEO and founder of Affordable Colleges Online. “These schools are ensuring quality nurses are entering a workforce that will need at least a million registered nurses nationwide by 2018.”

To be ranked, the Newman program met Affordable Colleges Online’s criteria of being a
public or private, not-for-profit institution, offering at least one fully online bachelor’s degree program, offering quality academic and counseling services, and graduate job placement metrics.
